Today I'm going to show you a "vegetable prep" that will make your daily cooking so much easier if you work hard for an hour that day to prep the vegetables you bought!
I am always looking for a good way to do this depending on the vegetables I buy from time to time, but right now this is my standard.
You can do it all at once during the holidays, or you can do it little by little before your daily cooking.
I've also added one technique that's perfect for this time of year, like matching condiments, so I hope you find this helpful!

👨🍳meal prep
■Basic condiments
10 shiso leaves
1 piece of ginger
3 myoga (myoga)
1/2 green onion
1 pack of chopped green onion
■Summer condiments
1 cucumber
50g chinese yam
2.5cm carrot
1/2 green onion (white part)
1 bunch of coriander
※If you do not like pak choi, please add 5 shiso leaves.
