i don't understand a lot of things in their design, 6:55 hang clothes area blocked but they did nothing about it, 7:50 stairs not safe to use at night but they did nothing about it

I don't mean to be rude or spoil the mood, but at the 59 seconds mark where it mentioned its 130,000 sq ft... 5 room HDBs range from 1,100 sq ft to 1,300 sq ft this days. 130,000 seems to be a GCB size..
