I just purchased some for my bike today and it’s waay heavier than my 8 inch Polk subs I’m that I’m replacing them with. I’m running a 2000 watt amp on them so hopefully she’ll be super loud once they’re installed. Thanks for the great video

I have a pair of CVP65 in my 2021 corolla hybrid factory head unit with a 12 inch CV hs122d in my spare tire well pushed by a CV h71200.1. The hybrids have a recommended 30 amps acc draw! You need efficient 6.5s and I run 1 inch dayton audio tweets. I compared the cvp 65s to the skars and jbls,they truly are sensitive with very light cones.

Hi Mike, i really dig the content on your channel, I would like to see in the future if you could test some of the stuff available on Alibaba, like the VE Audio, Ilouder, Souer etc, their component speakers look great but wonder if they sound as good as they look.

that's not a new technology, it was utilized in the 80's on the stroker subwoofers and the spider on top was designed to help linearity, your conception of sq isn't that great, you focus too much on the output, sq isn't about output, it's about accurate reproduction of the sounds being played, without adding colorations to the sounds character

Hey mike, I’ve been watching and enjoying your content for a while now. I’d like to build a three way system in my car. One mid bass. One full range and one tweeter. What would you recommend for like a 3” mid range? You make a lot of videos on tweeters but I haven’t been able to find any that would cover male vocals without dipping into the mid bass. Thanks for the reviews!
