I shifted to Bangalore -the Garden City - from Kerala after my marriage. But even after 12 years in B'lore I Miss Kerala and the lush greenery you see all around. This video brings back memories of how as a little girl like Nami, I used to dash outside our house to pluck the hibiscus flowers and leaves and tulsi for my shampoo (taalli) .Or sometimes cut a few banana leaves for the Onam feast. Everything was available in the sprawling land that surrounded our house. Now we have to brave crowded garbage laced traffic laden streets to buy banana leaves (₹10-15 per leaf) in Bangalore. Don't know whether to laugh or cry.😊 Thank you for that nostalgia. God Bless.

Even in West Bengal some good 30-35 years ago such a practice was very common, especially for newborns they would make this in villages. Now, I don't know if they have this practice in villages or not.

What a gorgeous over view taken by drone by Mr. Kannan showing the natural beauty of Wetland and its surroundings. Finally our dearest Nami is back after her exams. She was indeed missing over two months. Hope she has done well and will come out with flying colours ❤. Indeed it's a beautiful day with Nami to hear her voice and her sweet smile 😊. Bincy really takes care of her making home made kajaal, hair oil and so on. Nice to Nami has learnt to cook some dishes which we hope to see her in the kitchen giving a bit of rest to her mother Bincy. Nice to both Vava and Nami together as Vava too was missing her.
