Vary good detailed instructions but need correct tools and some strength , especially on those gas spring attaching. Took me 1.5hrs but feels a solid unit.

Would help if the holes were predrilled. Also would help if it actually lined up like it does in the video. Looking forward to using.

5:07 those screws are too big and the holes too tight to screw in with an electric screw driver. I’ve had to purchase a drill bit to do this. Poor design

5:52 the DRF screws are to big for the opening to secure the hinge to the lid. Now what?

The diameter of the screw is meant to be a little bit larger than the hole. This will help prevent the screw from stripping outward. We have found that it helps to take a socket wrench, and start the screw using the ratchet as leverage. Once the first or second thread of the screw clears the hole, you should be able to finish it with the drill.

Sorry to hear the video was too fast for you. This is something we'll work on. For future assemblies, KZfaq has a great feature that helps slow down videos for you. On the tool bar (where the play button or the screen full size is) click on the settings button, click "playback speed", and then choose the speed you'd like the video to be.
