Shed Repo?
Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on payments and
if they fail to make their payments the shed rightfully belongs to the finance company, the buyer signs a contract giving the finance company permission to retrieve their asset if they don't make their payments.
I understand hard times happen to people and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the shed which many people do.
Then there is this...

You know that trailer had to be a custom built & designed by a repo guy. It's the perfect repo trailer and the little track helper that does all the heavy lifting. Makes the job a lot safer getting you in & out as quickly as possible. Awesome

I’ve never had one of those but I’ve been told if you buy them on a payment plan there like a high interest credit card you can never get it paid off.

Actually not exactly true. They are expensive for sure but the prices on the one I bought in Indiana and the one my brother bought in Kentucky from different businesses were set payments, once the total number of payments were paid it's yours. They are expensive though, but when you need a shed fast they are there.

@@Sudas80 the guy that repoed it is the same one that delivered it. And why is the report man the bad guy? You have to miss several payments before they take it back. And you get notifications that it’s going to be repossessed. So you’re on the side of the irresponsible person that doesn’t pay his bills. Got it. 🤦‍♀️🙄

In Repo #59 You go into explaining what you are doing. Suggestion that you film up a little intro video that talks about what you do/doing that you can add to the beginning of these.

This made me laugh because at the height of the pandemic we couldn’t find a pool anywhere. They were in such high demand. We were willing to pay anything. We FINALLY found one on EBAY and ordered it. We paid $1100 for a pool that normally goes for $399. That shed was full of the exact style pool we purchased. What makes me laugh was that when the pool arrived via FEDEX the sender’s address was a trailer park. I don’t remember what state it came from though. We laughed and said someone is literally paying off their trailer and probably all of their debt by selling these marked up pools. Even at that price it was the best investment we made during that difficult time.

You are a great driver, don't put your self down, I've seen what you are capable of, I'd rather have you driving me than anyone. No one is perfect, not even 'good drivers'. BTW a good driver IS NOT someone that follows the rules exactly, its someone that has good awareness and control of the vehicle.

Really skillfully completed. In a mobile home park like this do you have to get permission, from the park owner, to cross the various tenants lots or does the law give you implied consent to repossess the shed by any means necessary ? Very interesting ! You make it look easy !
