Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their payments it gets REPOED.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the it.

I am a mechanic for construction equipment, one of the biggest things that is overlooked especially on small track equipment is track tension. Operators should be checking it every day but usually don't.

Josh YOU DID NOTHING WRONG!!!! The "customer" did everything wrong that made it a crazy job for you. You did not embarrass yourself in the least. Had these "people" had the decency to fulfill their contract you wouldn't have had to go thru the ridiculous obstacles THEY CREATED in making a home out of a storage shed and camper. You have MADDDDD skills my man!! Huge respect for all you do with grace, kindness and integrity.

This guy has some of the best tools I ever seen. You always hear "GOT TO HAVE THE RIGHT TOOLS FOR THE JOB" HE HAS THEM. I HAVE SEEN HIM MOVE A 30FT DOUBLEWIDE , ALL BY HIMSELF. WHEN HE WAS DONE , IF YOU TOLD SOMEONE 1 GUY DID THE JOB THEY WOULD BET YOU NO WAY. That's a hell of a machine and different tools he uses to get the job done. AMAZING STUFF.

Well done. Working through problems is a big part of the job. It occurs to me that a lot of grief could be avoided if these sheds were not sold on a 'rent to buy' basis. If you can't come up with the money to buy one of these things, do without. Save your money until you can afford it. Offering these on time payments is asking for trouble.

Next time try moving your axles underneath farther. It will shorten your length up so you can have more control of your move. Turns will be much easier but watch your tail swing. Thanks love watching

its always nice to get the nice and helpful people that come out while your working but that's always when things seem to go wrong for me. Just a few bumps in the road, could of gone a lot worse. They probably got to replace the wood in the back anyways since the owner cut a hole in it

You are so smooth on all your repos. I also move sheds but no repos. I understand your pain on this shed sorry it happened. I too have had some bad days, your mule was a bigger issue then the shed. I use a fork lift but have gotten it stuck had to tug it out with my semi... great video thanks for sharring

If you ever need to lube something so it will slide, use liquid dish washing soap instead of WD40. WD40 is not a lubricant (oil) it is a bunch of chemicals to penetrate rust. It only makes something slippery while it wet. Plus, dish washing liquid is less expensive.

Why be embarrassed? That can happen to everybody that drives an maskin that has tracks / belts. And the shed didn't look that great, plus it had to get repaired on that end anyways. You handled it great, and it can't go perfect all the time. It's wood and wood panels, easy to repair. Great video as always.

I didn’t even know there was such a thing as shed rentals. I would have thought something like a rented shed would be broken down into parts or collapsible. No shame dude, most people would likely destroy that shed trying to get it on a trailer under those conditions. I’m quite impressed.

He in fact quit making shed repo videos for a while. Sold all his equipment along with his mule. I know he started shed repo videos again. Working part time for his old boss. After the Amish videos were not as productive for them on KZfaq. That's what I'm talking about. @@steveww07

For the next one, it looks like you could have moved the back wheels forward a little bit. That could have changed the whole pivot angle and made things a lot easier on the machine doing all the pulling.

Unforseen circumstances are going to come about time to time especially when no two jobs are the same and all you can do is make the best out of it and move on to the next one. When I was in the heavy towing business no two wreck were the same and you have to adapt to each environment. Graphite spray lubricant would be great for lubricating trailers or shed skids. You apply it just like spray paint and it looks like dark gray spray paint when it drys.

So this must have been a video from before you announced your were making a career change. A few days like this in a row would set you to looking for options. I enjoyed the video and thought you did a swell job of keeping your cool. As luck would have it, that whole end of the building would need resurfacing anyway. Glad the homeowner was being helpful and got you the needed bar. I will miss these videos when they finally run out. I have enjoyed watching your many shed repo time adventures.

Keep a spray bottle of soapy water to spray on trailer way cheaper and better for environment i used it on my tow truck flat bed to help slide cars on and off .just a tip hope it helps.
