Showing a quick way to remove sticker from stainless steel.
This is my first attempt making a video :) Tell me what you think!?

Works perfectly. The resiual glue can be removed by scrubbing with a sponge

This video was so helpful, thank you! The label came off in seconds. By the way, in answer to the question regarding removal of any leftover sticky residue, all one needs to do is rub the adhesive with a dab of vegetable oil on a paper napkin. Also, if the sticker is on the side of the pan, one can heat the pan (I used about a quarter inch of water so as not to damage the bottom) and the sides will heat up enough to easily loosen the adhesive. If vegetable oil doesn't remove the glue fully, I use rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) and cotton wool. It works perfectly. I make sure to wash the dish well after.

I had to peel off 200 individual stickers from spoons. Thank you so much. Your method is a lifesaver. Otherwise I would've spent a good part of an entire day peeling and scratching at those darn things.

That was amazing tip ma'am, thank you so much...would like to share one more thing is apply oil on the whole sticker, wait for 30 mins of so or more and then try heating like shown here, it comes out in a sec. Apply oil to the glue and wipe it with cloth to remove the glue completely.But all credit goes to you ma'am for this. Thank you so much.

The stcke idea is great , also one can use hair dryer. I noticed foil under your burner. My service person says its not safe to use foil under burners.

Why cant they simply put stickers on back side.I have never seen as much unprofessionalism and uncreativity as in India.Businesses have no concern about how annoying it can be.

The same thing came in my mind.. from years and years, im thinking this why inside.. it almost made my costly utensils damaged because even with this heat, it didn't come out fully. The gum stains aren't going at all.

Before I know the removing sticker tips ...I already remove some sticker in steel plates with knife without heating opposite side but it's look very bad...so any idea?

Kill it with its own poison. Basically, get some sticky tape and dab it over and over so that the rest will come off onto the tape.

Immediately run the utensils under the tap water and rub the glue stain with dishwash soap with wire scrub..this worked for me.

I guess electric burner works better as the gas burner flame may blacken or spoil the steel vessel.

This will work with certaing glue. But I doubt it works for others.

Hannah and Alissa Phan If you keep it a little longer on the heat, there won't be. This was my first video and I was trying to keep it short so I hastily took it off sooner.
