Except on your left lifted increase you only went one below not 2. If you knit that stitch to get it on the right needle then with the left you need to drop 2 correct?

How do you knit right lifted increase purl-wise (RLiP) on the knit side? All the video on KZfaq show how to the RLiP on the purl side, but my pattern says to do it on the knit side, and I’m lost 😢

This drmo is diffucult to undetsftand because there is no contrast between yarn and needles. Need to use a light yarn and explain more clearly. I saw another video that was perfect. Trying to find it again.

Hello! It's slightly difficult to see due to the angle of the right needle, but you will need to pick up the stitch 2 rows below for the LLI! For the RLI, it's just 1 row below though.

I can be slow at getting new things, but I'm confused by the LLI. You said to go two rows below, but it looks like you're only going down one row, just as you did when demonstrated for the RLI, of except on the opposite leg of the stitch. Help?

Agreed, she said 2 rows below for LL1 but it really looks like she picked up the stitch 1 row below. I wish Purl Soho would address this.

If you look closely, she is picking up the second row below. It’s hard to see.

For anyone else getting confused: the stitch on the needle (the one just made) is Row 1 when counting, the stitch below *that* is row two, so you pick up the stitch on row 3.
