I just had to go for a ring pour today I hadn't done one in SO long! This is an easy beginner technique that is actually very versatile in the sense that you can have more puddles, more colors and the possibilities are endless :) Using ready-to-pour paints for this technique is ideal.

- 20''x16'' canvas from DeSerre
- Split cups from ‪@MixedMediaGirl‬
- DecoArt ready-to-pour paints (colors shown at the beginning)
- DecoArt student acrylic white for basecoat (diluted with a little pouring medium and water)

Love it!!! Definitely, a 70’s vibe! I was a child during that era & love when its inspired through art! I think it would be cool if you layer the resin & add colors!! 🙂

I use the paints almost exclusively for glassware. They are so wonderful to work with on glass. I love that they dry so glossy. Thank you for showing us what else can be done with them!

I can honestly say I didn't think this was gonna look good but boy was I wrong!!...I love it vertical with the black at the bottom!! Awesome!!

It’s great! It turned out even better then I thought. The light/dark was a very cool idea and the red in the center of the light one really tied the 2 together! My favorite way is the dark at the bottom because I see an erupting volcano 🌋! Lol Sure, resin away!! 😁👍

Love it, in the same orientation as you!! It just had sooo much movement that way. Yes please, would love to see a video of you taking this in another direction. Cool painting!

Gorgeous. I liked number 2 position until you changed it to number 3 and then WOW! I always love watching you because you are not scared to give something a go. The colours dried beautifully and almost true to the original. I would love to see what you do next to it. 🇦🇺🥰

It turned out great and dried so well. Love the black side most but I also love how the light side complements it beautifully. The magenta is beautiful. Would love to see what you do with it using resin and more color.

I wasn't sure how I felt with such great contrast on each side.. but this turned out awesome, Mely 😊 I like #2.. I see exotic flowers, where you did the brush stroke with long stem& red flower on black side.

the dark section looks so cool in contrast. Almost like a cave peaking out. oooo i like the 1st and 3rd one. i don’t like yellow but the 3rd view looks too cool

First view I see a volcano erupting. Second view I see venus fly trap in the dark side. Third view reminds me of a hourglass. One of the many reasons I love fluid art!
