I think the main takeaway is motivation. Self promoting motivation is not pleasing to God even if the deeds themselves are good. He wants our motives to come from the first and second commandments. Love of God and love of neighbor.

🕆 Matthew 22:36-40 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”🕆 Let the Holy Spirit guide you this week according to these 2 verses from the bible, Let God’s Peace and Grace be with you (To The Reader).
