Hi flippers, I use Like A Painting land again for this flip. Originally, I was using Spruce Hideout land but it kept kicking me out of the game or the game would just crash. Here's a tour of the whole house and tbh it isn't fully finish but my pc can't handle it anymore. TT_TT

It is one of the best design I have ever seen from all HF creators. Love how you separate rooms in different area of house, it seems well-planed, well-function, every room is right in the place that it should be. It is not surprise to see good design of a beautiful house, but it is rare to see a design that makes you want to actually live in there. Also big love to your obsession of symmetry, even the hallways are so satisfied to look. Got so inspired! some of your design i cant even understand how you do that.🤣🤣🤣

Woww I am speechless... Thank you for saying that and for noticing that detail. I just love everything as symmetrical as possible but sometimes I'll just have to wing it. I guess I was designing it like I'm gonna live there most of the time, maybe you and I have similar taste ^_^

Oh my.. this is insane, easily one of the most impressive houses Ive ever seen! The architecture is so cool, and I LOVE that aquarium in the middle. I’m sure this would cost a fortune 😂

This is absolutely breath-taking!!! The double height dining room is one of the most stunning things I've ever seen created in House Flipper videos 😍🤩😍Also I am 100% here for upstairs laundry rooms - why doesn't this happen more in real life??? Bravo Karouru Chan, Bravo 💐💐💐

Omg thank you so much ataraxis! That laundry room was one of the weirdest idea I had but nothing beats that beautiful view while folding your clothes. XD I love high ceiling rooms in houses but unfortunately that mechanic isn't available in house flipper. But thankfully there are mod creators who are willing to make items for us ^_^

@@KaroruChan it is not weird AT ALL!!! If you live in a two story house most of your laundry is generated upstairs - either your clothes, bedding or towels - what’s the point of taking it all downstairs to launder just to bring it all back up again!!? I’ve thought for years if I ever got to build my own house it would have an upstairs laundry ☺️ (AND a spa AND a home cinema 😅) you are a visionary adding a nice view too 👏

@@ataraxisbuildsthings429 omg you are right! They do come from upstairs normally, why didn't I think of that. T_T I think we're wired to do that like it's a norm that we forgot convenience XD I second your idea!! I should have a rooftop open cinema!

I like decorating and designing things since I was small but life put me in different direction instead. I also search inspirations in google too.

@@KaroruChan Upsetting. 😢😢😢 It is clear to me how the dining room and the aquarium are arranged in the house. But how the room with the piano is arranged is unclear. It is also not very clear what the stained glass window in the courtyard is made of. Or rather, what the corners of the stained glass are made of. How? There are many questions about the construction and design of this house. Огорчает. 😢😢😢 Мне ясно, как устроены в доме столовая и аквариум. Но как устроена комната с роялем, непонятно. Также не очень понятно, из чего сделан тот витраж, что во внутреннем дворе. Вернее, из чего сделаны углы витража. Как? Есть много вопросов по поводу строительству и дизайна этого дома.

This is absolutely stunning! I have no words. Just out of curiosity, did you actually sell this house? I wouldn't have been able to part with it after all that work and the magnificent end result.

Thank you for coming over. 💐🥰 I actually am not sure. It's been a while since I flip house flipper 1. Having too much fun in house flipper 2. 😅 But most likely I sold it because having it kept, slows down my pc. 🥲 😅
