You know what pack I think would be cool, “band stuff pack” like you can form bands with your friends, and you can get a drum set and “compose” music and get popular or play concerts and have the action to go to concerts, that would be cool. And if you had get famous, you could get famous from it but if you don’t have it, you just like get popular in your town or whatever, and have the action to break up the band or get the band back together yada yada, and maybe we could get some more instruments like a saxophone or accordion or flute or drums etc, and like you could join the schools orchestra or something for extra credit. That would be awesome I think

I did almost the same thing recently for my new safe file, but I made one really spacious with two bedrooms for a single mom and the other like super tiny for a college student, my idea was that it used to be one apartment that the mom inherited from her parents but she renovated it to be able to rent out one part for extra income, so one side was literally just a bedroom, a small kitchen and a murphy bed (and a treadmill but like obviously the college student brought that himself lol) loved the idea and it turned out really cute. I think this is a great way to add more depth and personality to your townies if you’re like me and make them all yourself

You should do that apartement with penny pixie trait owned by brother and sister. I renovated it myself into a 2 bedroom apartement with HUGE open living space (kitchen,living room, dining room, and a foyer), a laundry room, a sauna, and 3 bathroom. That apartement can house 3 or even 4 sub-apartement in my opinion.

I appreciate the struggle of having a litter box in the bathroom. Now that I'm a "grown up" I now have a entire room dedicated to the animals. The litter box is in the closet of that room. It is so nice.

I have a working fireplace in my apartment! My downstairs neighbors get one too. It’s a two floor building, the chimneys just connect somewhere inside the walls. Soooo nice

I turned the 3 floor apartment at Uptown into 5 apartments a couple of months ago. The front door is a common area with the BBQ, an outdoor table, a living room with tv, half bathroom and stairs for the "basement" and the 3rd floor, and only one apartment in the main floor. I closed each door for specific Sims. There are not even as cute as yours, tho. Great Job!

This helps me so much! I LOVE playing in apartments, but there's several that are way too big so I never use them. This opens those apartments up for me and makes them fit within my play style. Some are large enough I might be able to make three "apartments" in one 🤔 Thank you for this game changing idea!

From a gameplay perspective, it makes sense for one unit to have updated things if maybe the person in the other apartment is older and has lived there for a really long time. Then the complex wouldn't have had a chance to upgrade it 😊

I did this with one of the huge apartments and it's honestly SO MUCH BETTER to play in! I have two households that I play so it's not really the same, but it's much better than jumping between households and going through a dozen loading screens each time.

This is like a grandma got her grandchild the apartment right next door and let them run wild with the budget. She’s super supportive of their dream to be a musician. Might actually play with that storyline

So for computers I like to put a laptop at the kitchen counter. You can carry them in the sims inventory too. It helps with my game play for the sim to be able to use their laptop wherever they are. Usually I have them sit at the kitchen bar

You should definitely do the smaller apartment split up built! The one window is totally okay and actually more realistic! Two of my nyc apartments only had windows in the bedroom, my kitchen, living room and bathroom were closed off
