The Sims Medieval was actually really fun. This is what Star Wars SHOULD have been... a separate stand-alone game. I still have sims medieval loaded on my origin.

I've been playing this game for years and it's so much more than it looks in the first quest. Everything looks pretty empty at first but your kingdom will grow the more quests you do and it's so satisfying. Also, most people don't realise this at first but during a battle you can click on your opponent to unlock special moves, and change your battle stance in the corner. That will help you win :)

Please play more of this! The sims medieval is actually so fun and hilarious. The fact that it has more gameplay than the entire sims 4 franchise is telling lol

Sims Medieval is my favourite sims game. And the puns they use are *chefs kiss*. For example, when the Blacksmith is hammering metal, he gets a buff called "Hammer Time"

Please make it a series it’s great! Few tip for beginners: - if you make a new kingdom just choose decorated castle so you have a dining room, toilet and all of that cause later you can redecorate but it’s easier to start (you can even have a torture chamber:) - during the duel you have to click on the opponent to choose different strategies and moves and observe your strength and mortality - later on, you build new buildings in the kingdom and have new heroes. In the town square you could have the tavern with a bard, workshop with a blacksmith and a market with a merchant so it will be more medieval looking and also I think they place a statue there after one mission so trust the process, it’s going to get better - you’re also going to get a reception hall , where you can greet people from neighboring kingdoms so that’s cool - check out the map and sail to other kingdoms, you can’t visit them but there will be ambassadors of those kingdoms in your court and you can make alliances, I think it’s an often overlooked asset ( = new missions) - you can absolutely send someone to death not only by dueling but also by throwing them to the pit of judgement - when you have both priests/priestesses , your sims can choose their faith, I personally love that you can build churches (it was such an important thing during the medieval era) because it’s different from other sims games and YOU (the watcher) are the god so they’re basically praying to you:) and your sims can get married in churches for example and you as a god can give sims your blessing lmao - if you have a child and you die, they can become the monarch as a succession (same goes with any other profession). It’s the only way to make them adults

you have no idea how much I wish they would remaster the sims medieval/create more spinoff games like this. I STILL play the sims medieval to this day because this sort of game is so fun to play because it allows you to be creative and gives you options but also gives you guidelines to follow (so the gameplay is linear in this way). anyways, I literally just want more games like this!!

I don't remember much about this game, but I remember there's one quest where you can kill the monarch by kissing them. You put poison on your lips. And then the sim gets all sad when the monarch dies. Even though killing them was the point of the quest.

we need more of this, like seriously

when you fight, don't just sit and watch :) to win, you need to make special moves :) click on sims during the battle to execute them! some of them have a cooldown, so just wait a few sim-minutes and use them again. NPCs rarely use moves af often as they're able to, so the battle is always a win if your stats are comparable to your enemy's.

This makes me so heckin' happy. Seeing you, Plumbella and Devon Bumpkin all playing Medieval lately... I'm THRIVING!!!! I've always always loved Medieval so much and keep going back to play it. Make this a series!!!! I love the Sims Medieval so much. I literally started playing it recently after watching Plumbella's series and it's one of the best things ever. Also, when you challenge to duel, you can click on the opponent and choose attacks so they you won't die as easily.

These role-play stand-alone sims games were actually really enjoyable, since the sims itself is already a high-tier role-playing video game, just in a modern setting. I wish new games of this kind were released but EA would just rather not bother and milk as much money as possible from TS4.. Just imagine a full fledged fantasy world version of the sims with kingdoms and courtly politics, and adventurers and magic and vampires instead of dlc packs like vampires or the realm of magic that many people don't really like because they don't really fit the reality of the sims 4 base game..

Definitely still need more of this. I love Sims Medieval and you barely scratched the surface of what this game is and has to offer. You need to see how the other quests work and other buildings. The game starts getting pretty wild.

I love this game sooo much! I played the same Kingdom for a long time and had decorated everything in every building and a few months ago I had a hard drive crash and lost my oldest save, I was sooo sad. I've only seen a few players do videos on it. It needed a lot more in the game but I still love it.

Oh, for sure, try it again. A tip: while you're in a duel, click on the opponent to chose available moves - you get more moves as you level up, and each move has a cool-down. Another tip: first additional hero should be a blacksmith so you can get better (and better quality) weapons and armour. A third and last tip: build up your building. Add a kitchen, go hunting (in the forest), the better food you eat, the more and better buffs you get to gain "focus". Add a dedicated bathroom; again, the more luxury objects you have the more focus-buffing actions you get to do. Add a keg or a wine keg and drink. Drinking better beverages give you better buffs. (Do the "Focus" lesson in the lessons)

PLEASE do another video of this game! It is one of my favourites and when you play longer there are so many funny quests and plotlines. Also, you can decorate your throne room so it doesn't look so bare. If you thought this quest was ridiculuous, Kayla, you ought to try others. You will laugh your butt off.

Please try it again!! Do a video decorating the throne room!! Sims Medieval is such a gem of a game. You get to place new areas all over the kingdom with 10+ different characters to play. It is extremely fun to play through. You unlock more items as you go. One quick tip, try not to rush through each quest. If you take your time and make sure your needs are up, the grade you receive on the quest will go up and you get more rewards (the trophy on the side with the bar, platinum is highest).
