Lily Orchard (also known as Lily Peet) has been exposed for a multitude of terrible things. She's even proven herself to be worse than people like iilluminaughtii and TeamPinata. These include controversies with Lily's exes, former friends, people like JoshScorcher and InkRose, and even Lily Orchard's own sister. Another major scandal involves her alleged MLP fanfiction titled Stockholm which completely crosses the line. given i grew up with Lily; i can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is no Tara. Tara started as a 14 year old that lily made up saying she was raped by someone in the trailer park who was convicted and she had gotten pregnant by the rapist. She "wanted lily to raise the baby" yet nobody ever saw either of them. There was also no convicted rapist of a 14 year old in the trailer park There was no Tara, there was no baby, ever. Lily also claimed "tara" had an older brother and younger sister both of which she was "sexually involved with"

There's some definite interesting psychology behind the made up family. The hero complex and narcissism involved in wanting Lily to raise her r-baby. The fetishization of both r-word and incest. And using Tara's account to push Lily's romantic partners to engage in NSFW activities with Lily that they are otherwise not comfortable with. Very highly sexualizing this underage girl and using her as a mask to make her a-b use seem less direct and also safer due to the age. Some definite crap to unpack here. Would like to know more about this Tara if only to unpack it some more.

Please never blame yourself if you have trouble enforcing boundaries and someone pulls this shit. I STRUGGLE to communicate my needs. Recently my partner realized I’d been doing something (non sexual) for them that I truly didn’t want to be doing. I had never said anything because I struggle with people-pleasing. You know what their response was? To try and figure out how THEY could help ME feel safer with communicating my boundaries and to APOLOGIZE for not realizing. Lily has been allowed to run free on the internet for years simply because Lily has maintained a reputation for creating massive harassment campaigns against ANYONE who calls out her toxicity or even glances at her in a way she doesn't like so it's very refreshing to see that people online seem to have finally gotten over that fear and are now calling her out because I, no joke, attribute at least a portion of a lot of the drama in certain spaces online to Lily's fanbase and the type of behaviour that she's modelled and proved cover for. Lily is the proto-typical example of someone who is just rotten and toxic to their core, someone who has hurt everyone in their life, someone who has destroyed everything they've loved, and will not stop. She has had thousands of chances and has refused all of them. The only option left is to turn her name just as poisonous as her, so that no one will ever be unaware of her ever again.

Lily didn’t apply the word appropriately, she used it as a weapon against a Jewish creator. It would be unacceptable even if Rebecca wasn’t Jewish, but the fact she is just rubs salt in the wound.

In the video "Violence is Golden" Lily made the claim that violence should only be used as a last resort, but that the death penalty is "obviously right" and shamed "Avatar: The Last Airbender" for not going all the way on it. I pointed out that not only is Airbender for children but that realistically speaking, kiling someone, who is defeated and already in captivity, no matter how atrocious their behavior, is nakedly not using violence as a last resort. Because this is logically irrefutable she didn't even bother to respond. She deleted my comment, and blocked me from her channel.

@@antonakesson I still feel the need to point out that the man who's killed on Superman is executed by the state, and not by the hands of the protagonist. Which is the issue here. Since Lily's argument was that Aang taking Ozai's power away and imprisoning him was "not far enough." Having the state execute a mobster on a children's show is... a bit unusual, but it doesn't constitute an endorsement. On the contrary: since it's clear Superman would never kill anyone.

I used to watch some of her content. It took me a while to realize just how horrible and bad-faith her takes were, and it took one severe misunderstanding of the point of an MLP episode and a view of actual writers roasting her 'writing tips' in a video. Aand then I learned about some of her actual atrocious actions years later... I'm glad the information is reaching more people in a way that more people are likely to actually watch due to it being more condensed.

The entire episode was about Luna's mental health and her internally punishing herself to a degree where it begins to affect the people she cares about and was on the verge of becoming physical harm, but was still entirely within the mind and nightmares. Lily of course decided this episode was somehow making self-harm a "quirky lovable trait!" or some bs. The entire POINT was for her to accept help from the people around her before it got to the point of physical harm, yet Lily decided it already was physical from the start. AKA she had no understanding of the actual message, which was a good one for kids that I don't think kid shows usually tackle.

So as someone who has been in the brony community is its a 50/50, you can find the most shy but amazing people who are wholesome, but on the flip side you get power hungry dictators who will abuse anyone and everyone they can who have 0 empathy. Brony fandom is a nice community heavily tainted by these people who relish in power, this is why the perfect community can't exist as if everyone was nice and polite it make it all too easy for someone to take control and become corrupt with zero push back.

Fandom is always going to be a coin toss. You can find yourself in a section of that fandom who is awesome, but two other sections are complete A-holes, but those four past yander are cool as cucumbers. The best thing to do is find the people you get along with and stick with them and be open to fellow like-minds, but also be ready to gatekeep when creeps come a prowling.

Lily's behaviour sounds a lot like that of a narcissist, I knew someone just like her and that person was utterly horrible and impacted my mental health severely to the point where I ended up at hospital with an anxiety attack. There is only one solution with such people is cutting contact completely and blocking them on all social media and their phone number.

Lily always left a bad taste in my mouth, even before I knew of her crimes. She was always rude and vitriolic to anybody who didn't share her taste in media, and she basically never had anything positive to say about anybody. She comes off as incredibly arrogant and condescending at all times.

I had an experience in her discord when i joined a patreon call and started talking with sketchy. Lily tried to talk over me then got pissed when sketchy told her to let me finish. She got super quiet and responding to everyone to the point Sketchy just sighed and was like "Not again" then she abruptly ended the call. That was a big final straw for me, only after did i find out about all of the other gross stuff with her.

I don't read much if any of the MLP fics, but the ones I have read were pretty nice. They usually had wholesome stories and plots, with a lot of fluff and maybe a little bit angst. Things like a human waking up in the MLP world with no memories of their previous life, no cutie mark, and having to learn everything from scratch, making friends all the while.

I actually used to watch Lily back a long time ago, stopped when I once tried to make some artwork for a contest and didn't understand how the website or whatever submission process was worked. There had been a note that the entrants needed to provide info for payout incase they won and was not sure where to put it so I stuck that info in the only place I could easily see... 😆Got roasted for it, which normally wouldn't bother me, but she was so rude about it I just said "meh, I'm out" and never went back. I've been roasted for plenty of mistakes before, ribbed by people who are tough but ultimately mean no harm... That was not the type of (short) roast that I got. It was sad and the artwork itself was entirely uncommented on, I was played off like I was greedy when I hadn't even put anything other than the info I had thought was requested. I certainly wasn't expecting to win? Anyways, that was the only negative thing I ever had from Lily, probably because I wasn't that deep into any sort of viewership and hadn't heard anything at the time. I did hear later that Lily had said something about Contrapoints being a TERF, though, and wasn't sure it was true. Big yikes, I love Contra's content and there be no TERF there m8s. :x

I would like to say that in Australia, where I am from, I am required to input either a government issued ID or credit card information in order to view age-restricted videos. I don't think all countries have the same requirements for verification, but I can confirm it does require that information where I am.

Felt weird when you went into a tangent about immoral fiction. Lily's behavior is abhorrent, and her writing and drawings just makes that behavior even worse, because she shows little to no boundary between the two.
