A Dessert inspired by Rolex and its famous Watches, consisting of a Lime Mousse, a Lime and Basil Biscuit and a Pineapple Gelè.
The chosen mold recalls the watch case, the fluted bezel typical of Rolex models is made of Chocolate, the predominant color recalls the Palette of the Brand Logo and some of its models including the Submariner and the Day - Date.
All the sounds of a refined pastry will accompany you throughout the video, with a guaranteed ASMR effect.

@@denisecastagno Di nulla, è veramente chic! Avrei una domanda, se possibile: la purea di ananas è portata a bollore per inibire gli enzimi che "distruggerebbero" la gelatina animale? Per quanto tempo a bollore? Le puree commerciali hanno lo stesso problema oppure con la pastorizzazione si possono usare senza portarle a bollore? Grazie mille e ancora complimenti (per questa e anche per le altre creazioni)

Wow! This is a piece of art. I think that if I'll manage to make just the biscuit with pineapple jelly covered in the white mousse, I will already considering an astonishing success that would leave friends speechless.
