Lime rock (aka Limerock) is a Texas style breakdown and contest tune. A particular feature of the tune is the opening note- a high E harmonic.
In this fiddle lesson I go through the melody section by section, with suggestions for bowing and fingering. I use on-screen sheet music, and a free pdf copy of Lime rock is available to subscribers (see below).
