some improvement, but still a few issues:
3 parts were not recognized by the vision
1 resistor didn't stick and was flipped by the rising nozzle
angular precision sucks, gonna try to replace drv8825 stepper drivers
to increase accelerations i need somehow fix the shelf the machine is mounted on so it won't shake

Really great and inspiring, you just got me to build one. Just one question, because of this lockdown I cannot get my hands on the commercial nozzles and you seem to be using custom nozzle, so for light and slow usage do you think I could get away with 3D printed ones? Provided I use force feedback.

i'm not into 3D printing so i don't know... but i doubt it. at least without some post printing machining. imho

@@m3rkwurdigliebe Thanks for the replu! Trinamic Stepper drivers can detect load angle on the motor in their StallGuard scheme, so what do you think about using the threshold in load angle of stepper motor instead of force feedback for the nozzle while placing parts?

Awesome! Is your LinuxCNC config open source? Would love to take a look at it. What G64 is this running at? Looks like it could run with even more path blending :)

thanks. g64 is actually in default state :) it does visibly blend corners now, but yeat, i should set it explicitly... i put everything on github.com/yur7aev/linuxpnp but beware, it is a mess

yep. juki are too large for my tiny machine. i have force feedback/limit with servos so can get away without spring tips
