In case anyone viewing was confused, not all Desi people have olive and yellow undertones. Plenty of us have pink undertones, or like me have both pink and yellow undertones. And the color ‘pink’ comes in such a wide range that pink actually suits most brown skin tones really well, just have to find the right ones. Not liking pink as a preference is one thing, but it definitely suits fine. And again, not all Desi skin tones are warm, plenty are cool or neutral. Just wanted to clarify in case anyone was confused. :)

I truly was only trying to inform in case others might be confused by a generalization when there are plenty of cools and neutrals among Asians/Desis/brown skin tones and ‘pink’ runs such a wide range. That’s all, wasn’t intending to criticize or imply I was offended. Thanks so much for your videos, I enjoy them and love seeing different shades before purchasing :) And thanks for replying, I hope I didn’t offend. Really not my intent! All the best.

Also, FYI, *for peeps in India*, if anyone wants to try really great liquid lipsticks that don't budge and stay put for quite long, there are 2 options (I'm sure there are many but these two are my favorites): 1. Colorbar- Kiss Proof Lip Stain, 2. Sugar Smudge Me Not liquid lipsticks. These two formulas have quite a few colors, which would suit probably every Indian skin tone, plus they're really affordable and easily available.

Yasss! India has amazing line up of colored cosmetics and I agree! Sugar and Colorbar has an amazing variety of shades to offer women of colour!! I can't wait to go back to Chennai and get all the rest of the shades from these two brands!! Nykaa does some beautiful liquid lipsticks too!!

@@TheLeiaV Yes! Haven't tried Nykaa's own products yet although everyone raves about them. Just started with makeup and got my hands on the long lasting lipsticks to avoid retouching (c'mon applying liquid lipsticks even once IS a job in itself 😅😅)

@@tanvimoghelaghate2648 Ahaha! You gotto try Nykaa then, lovely formula and long lasting.. The Nykaa counter at E-Mall did not carry the full range of lip shades tho, I got just Jhumki.. No more holding back, next time I visit Chennai.. I am going to get all of them:) muahaha (evil laughter)

I have Colour bar Liquid Lipstick in Hollywood 2 but it ain’t a smudge free , Sugar smudge me not Liquid lipsticks is soo drying formula, I tried that as well .. After Soo much Hydration , my lips went Dry 😭😭 so I stopped using them ..

Could you please do a video on choosing the correct concealer n how to avoid the skin above and below lips from looking grey. I saw you showing how you conceal in the blooper. Did you not apply the liquid lipstick to the inner corners of ur lips because the product gets dispersed there once u rub ur lips together or you didn't apply because of it's just a swatch video. Would love to see a lipstick swatches of colors you would normally not go for or out of your comfort zone like bold and crazy ones u thought that would suit u but didn't and ones you thought wouldn't but actually do suit you.
