As an Asian, I have to say that we all know how difficult it is to be an idol in Korea. Not even mentioning to debut, but only to become a trainee and went through all the trainings from the company, its very normal for a trainee to keeping doing it for 5 or 7 years or even 10 before they are eligible for their company to put them in groups. Even if you can debut, the popularity is another problem. You don’t know if people will like you or even pay attention to your group, thats why there are over 100 groups debut every year in Korea, but only few can truly make it to the top. I am sure Lisa went through the toughest times mostly by herself, it Is hard for a Korean and it 100 timers harder for a foreigner. So I can totally understand why she is so serious and strict to them because this job is not a joke, they need to take it more seriously.

Let’s talk about how versatile Lisa is. Not only can she fluently speak in different languages, she has an insane eye for detail, her dancing is incomparable, her rapping is BOOOOOOOOMB, and she has the ability to sing well. All while being so YOUNG. And now she is mentoring others and truly showing them how to dance/practice effectively. She is truly amazing and deserves the best. Her and the other members of BlackPink.
