lol, the whole day my hands sometimes itch, but I have never got money. Good lesson. My youngest's daughter godfather is my best friend."He works as a dentist. So... Good gob because it has been a class with good pieces of advice. If you are in a hurry you mustn't use flaps for cleaning the middle of the teeth. the more you use flaps in a hurry, the more filling you will lose.

Hi Anna, thank you so much for all these wonderful lessons!!! I'm learning a lot from you, not only from a linguistical point of view I can assure you. I am German born, married to an Italian and have been living in Itlay for quite a few years (which is rather a euphemism: I am a mother of two, a grandmother of six and could easily be your mother I guess). When I was young, let's say your age and younger all these body embellishment related topics were kind of taboo, in Germany as well as in Italy which I always thought to be not right to say the least. Now this is no longer the case, on the contrary, it's often even the opposite I daresay, especially in Italy which I don't like either. YOUR way of treating these delicate questions is just what we need, dear Anna. You are great, your family must be very proud of you. Take care, best greetings from sunny Rome, Barbara PS I'm always looking forward to your new lessons!

Recently, instead of taking mold impressions, there is new technology of scanning your mouth with a very thin scanner, and it will be a 3d sculpture of the teeth. It simplifies this procedure and makes it comfortable

Hello Anna. I greatly admire and derive immense knowledge from your teachings. Concerning calcium, I would like to impart the information I possess, in the hopes that it proves beneficial. Its efficacy is contingent upon the presence of both vitamin D and vitamin K2. Solely consuming calcium can pose potential hazards, as its accumulation may occur in unpredictable locations. However, the inclusion of vitamin K2 facilitates its deposition in the appropriate sites. I recall watching a renowned physician discussing the significance of vitamin K2, which I encourage you to explore as well. Dr. Pradip Jamandas' enlightening discourse on Vitamin K2 can be found on KZfaq. May you continue to thrive in good health, with an ever-present smile. I extend my heartfelt wishes for an unforgettable new year, and may you effortlessly attain all your aspirations.❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

I confess that, when I saw the duration of this podcast video, I said to myself: "OK, just watch the first ten minutes and watch the rest on another occasion", but in the end I watched the whole thing .... and found a good deal of words I didn't know. By the way, your teeth look perfect, like all the rest.

Hello miss , Nice podcast ,it covered all the aspects relating to teeth in general,even though you mentioned some technical words only are known to a dentist until a layperson happen to come across with his own dental care to know them. I am agree that spending money or taking care of teeth is not vanity . It is a matter of self respect one should always strive for. I have learned that brushing too hard on your teeth could also be the reason of thinning the enamel layer which obviously protect us from sensitivity .once it gone you will never have it again.

You don't always have to do to get people's approval. This creates stereotypes or patterns for people with low self-esteem, which is what all advertising is aimed at. You must learn to love yourself for who you are or how you feel. It's up to you whether you want to do something with yourself or not. Some public people, even the presidents of the country, etc. do not always have white teeth. All the improvements you make or intend to make do not make you a better person. Here's what to think about first. I would recommend doing something that will improve your health condition first, and then ask yourself if this or that procedure will harm your body and health. A good appearance is just an image, an image that has nothing to do with the qualities of your personality. I don't mind people doing all this, but be careful and consult with experts first before doing any procedures. The Internet is full of examples of bad consequences after a particular cosmetic procedure.
@EnglishLikeANative

Thank you for your advice. I completely agree that it's important to consider my health and safety before doing any procedures. It's also important for me to remember to love myself for who I am, regardless of how I look. I'm going to take your advice and find out more about the risks of any cosmetic procedures I'm interested in, and make sure that I'm completely comfortable with the outcome before I go ahead with anything. Thanks again for your help!

Whitening is normally one of the worst things you can possibly do to your enamel. That's why people with unnaturally white teeth in my eyes look not only vain, but also shallow and lacking basic knowledge about enamel. Good dentists suggest whitening only in specific cases. Teeth have various natural grades of white, pearl and off-white. If your teeth are not plastic-white, it does not mean something wrong with them, just natural colour. I cannot watch it any longer.
