It's because of one really bad stop where the cops refuses to listen to a guy who said he wasn't feeling good and couldn't breathe. They left him there to die and didn't notice when he stopped breathing while making fun of him. Then another cop went to check on him and he wasn't responding and the next thing was they were all doing cpr on him. He died right there on camera and it was aired.

wdym? That was smart tbh. Its better to throw it out than being found in person even if the police find the drug later. Because how can they convict them of something that happened off tape? You need hard evidence on those types of incrimination. Whole crew in car can just deny any acknownledge and if the lawyer is good he can convince the judge that it could be anyones drug.

Eddie Bacon I don’t know if you are American or not. But police in America can not enforce traffic violations on private land, and an apartment complex is considered private property. The police can however enforce if they are called out to do so but if they are roaming around bored they can’t just pick someone up for driving across parking spots. That’s up to the property owners or managers to hire parking enforcement to handle that. parking lanes aren’t a one way either... they are parking spots, and suggestions. That was in a private lot which means police cannot it if someone crosses the lines. that is up to the property owner to hire someone to manage parking locations.. I been pulled over by police going the wrong way on a one way slip road around an apartment complex, the officer couldn’t ticket me because it’s private property and he was honest about that. but he did give me a lecture on it. Which I totally ignored. However if I was carrying something considered illegal and he saw it or smelled it, that’s a different story.. he could defiantly come after me for that since that overrides things a bit. but a minor traffic violation they can’t really touch..

2:40 - I LOVE when the guy is talking casually to the cops, his head and upper body are in motion. When the cop says, "Well, are you doing anything wrong?" Hey, they cannot just return to the crime scene later and, after having already clapped him in irons, say, “Oh, look what we just found.” Beyond ridiculous. Could’ve been someone else’s drugs that was dropped in the street, unlikely but totally in the realm of possibility. Especially a small amount, in a bad neighborhood it’s not uncommon to find drugs. We’d find small baggies of drugs every once in a while when cleaning out the seats at a restaurant and it’s a nicer neighborhood. My friends who work on cars often find drugs left in cars or drugs found in public bathrooms.

Serious question: How are they able to connect the substance they found to the driver? They didn't see him toss it, they didn't see him in possession of it. At best, it's a guess that it even belonged to the driver, so are they just throwing charges and seeing what sticks?

Also as original commenter said anytime you are charged with a crime they charge you with a bunch of bullshjit ones all at once , if you have a lawyer that's not a public defender almost all will get dropped they just think of everything they can so they know you have to plead to at least one.... It’s now a hot, Tuesday night and I’m on YT watching videos from seasons past.
