I sent info nearly 2 years ago about my husband's sleep apnea claim. I was told out flat that the claim would be denied, but to keep fighting for it. Well, last month, he got 50% for his sleep apnea. ❤ We never gave up!

Great points I’ve been at this for 30 plus years if I ever have the choice, my preference is to get my claim away from the Regional Office.

I am looking to file a claim for Multiple sclerosis that was diagnosed a year ago. I’ve asked my neurologist and outside PCP and they both said that they don’t do nexus letters. It is a presumptive, but it has to be within 7 years after service. I got out in 1985 from Paris Island. I am 100% P&T for PTSD secondary to breathing problems. The EPA didn’t start cleaning it up until 1990 for pesticides……

I have sleep apnea 50, diabetes 20, got screwed on ptsd 30. Now I have papilledema in both eyes. I'm on 3 blood pressure medications, got denied for anything on that. I have headaches as well

I'm 79 years old and I filled claim for disability and one for aid and attendance. Does the VA look at both those simultaneously or is one waiting for the other devision?

My question is concerning the Veterans who went through the TDRL and PDRL process. the law says if you have 20 years of service (OR) 30% disability rating you qualify for Disability Retirement Pay. Congress pasted a law in 2004 that allows Disabled to double dip and receive both disability and retirement pay. When You call DFAS the first thing they tell you is unless you have 20 years of service you don't qualify for retirement pay which is a lie. I know this for a fact because after a year of questioning DFAS with the help of My senator(Jacky Rosen of Nevada) DfAS said in a letter to My senator that have been paying me Disablity Retirement Pay since 2004 which I have never received. The bank which DFAS claimed to have made ETF to my account have NO knowledge of payment...What would YOU suggest I do?

I filed 22 claims with the vso ,my first claims. I got 100 P&T for 9 conditions and have 2 deferred. I am wondering is that poking the bear by the 2 claim being deferred, or should I call to close those claims,or it doesn’t matter?Looking for the best thing to do to protect my 100 P&T

Don't poke the bear 🐻. Just let the VA finish those two deferred claims.

I got the lower back condition too and ROM was done during my C&P exam. I thought I signed a form acknowledging that the goniometer was used also.
