As a man, especially over the age of 50, having big arms not only looks good…but it feels good too! Walking around with your arms filling out the sleeves of your shirt, and looking just as big when you take your shirt off. Big and good looking arms are a must for men over 50.
When you think of big and good looking arms, you may instantly picture big biceps with that “ball” in the middle. It does look good, no doubt about that.
However, your triceps make up 2/3 of your overall arm size. So, if you want to have bigger arms, you need to focus on building your triceps as well. Whether you are doing an arms working or even a push workout, use some of these exercises to work your triceps.

My first trip to a gym I was 13 now I am 70 still lifting and after finding your channel I am finding new ways to do exercises and I love it. Our gym at our community where we moved too is very limited but from watching your videos I am learning new ways to lift. THANKS

Nothing in weight training is as important as consistency,if you’ll only show up and not hurt yourself you’ll see results.Muscle fibers can only contract,shorten, and relax,return to their resting length so anything you can do to recruit as many contractile units will increase growth.

I have only dumbbells at home. And a barbell. And a smaller flat bench. I must do all the body with that. Been doing it for about 2 years now since I started up after a 13 year break.

Very few of we home trainers have cables, last few minutes with dumbells are good 😊

53, lately doing only dumbbell seated overhead extension, 10kg in each hand simultaneously, 3-6 sets up to failure (10-15 reps then down, last set is a dropdown until I fail with 1kg lol). Tried different variations for triceps but this one I kind of feel most connected to and the bench (seated, leaned on it with my back) gives me good support and stability. Can feel the pump the next day.

The best thing for builders is Epsom salt, baking soda powder and dead sea salt baths to recover muscles akes n joints pain or problems. I had an elbow problem was slowly healing but taking ages. I did these baths n boom so good for muscles and joint problems. I find the bar works my tricepz more than rope.

Thanks Gary, I like the Cable kick backs and going to try those Skull Crushers using some heavy Dumbells. Appreciate Your Video’s. I’m 65 and After watching your videos, I realize your never to old to learn new Exercise’s.

Already do these and they are great. The single handed one on the cable is new to me as I used dumbbells before. Will give it a go.
