A new witness has come forward in the Johnny Depp-Amber Heard defamation trial to testify that it was Heard who was yelling at Depp, who appeared to be afraid of her, during an incident at a luxury trailer park in Joshua Tree, California, in 2013. Morgan Night, who ran the trailer park at the time, said that the damage to the trailer was minor, refuting testimony from Heard that the trailer was completely destroyed. Heard has testified that Depp was verbally and physically abusive during the incident. Depp has denied abuse allegations and is suing Heard for $50 million in damages for her op-ed in the Washington Post.

What? I totally think AH is a turd but apologizing to a stranger is not a sign of anything. When Gabby Petito was murdered the cops felt like dude was a good guy and she was the abuser bc of how he interacted in front of the police. I have no objection to believing depp, he seems believable and she does not. But I dont think apologizing to a stranger is anything other than an awareness of how something looks.

He clearly states AH's anger and screaming was triggering for him, as he'd suffered in an emotional relationship . AH's lawyer thinks she can wipe the jury's memory of that information , and she doesn't want the witness to give details of what else happened. @@DaLonelySheperd this is one of the reason why there is more death by suicide in male population. @@KN-hg2nv my goodness, it’s literally a lawyers job to object to these sort of statements - it’s not relevant that he was triggered. Johnny came back and apologized for her on her behalf. That's what you do when you cover up someone's abusive tendencies that you want no one to see. I see no reason why this witness would lie, he doesn't seem like a liar. This testimony is seemingly the most important in the case. I hope that Jhonny wins this case, as a person who has gone through abuse most my life, amber heard has signs of an abuser. If you watch the way she looks at the witness and her reactions! Looking at Jhonny where he can barley even look at the witness... This whole case is messed up. I disapprove of amber heard, her additude, and the massive amount of disrespect she shows in this court room. Its disgusting.

Elaine’s objections just come across like they’re trying to stop the guy telling a true story. They may be feeling they’re getting Camille back with these ‘smart objections’ but if i was a juror these would just make me suspicious of why they’re so desperate to stop this guy saying what he saw.

Wtf? Camille does it all the time. So in Camille’s case is it so AH’s witness can’t lie? 😂 What a silly comment. She objected because what the witness doesn’t know is that what he is about to say is inadmissible.

@@realdivabitch Hi, I take your point. But my recollection of many Camille’s Objections were when Elaine was asking a third party expert questions of their opinions and or Amber (who has a deeply vested interest in this case). Which imo is quite different to an independent, eye witness testimony. I’m not anti objections but my point is; that as a juror I don’t think this would have come over well. It looked like they were trying to prevent an eye witness saying what they saw and were told. And the question it would raise is ….‘why’ I’m not gonna lie though - I’m team Depp and possibly a little biased! Take care. N

Objection after objection and so on - is this a joke? How can this poor man really describe the whole situation, its context, when he has been forced to tell in a very narrow, imprecise way of telling what he really knows? That is why we have such fragmented, divided knowledge in the courts after many hours of testimony and interrogations. Afraid to hear the truth, inconvenient facts?

It’s almost strange to have such a normal, genuinely good person in court. It makes Ambers’ behavior that much more unbelievable, almost like a shock back to reality from her trying to make the courtroom her movie scene. She is evil, plain and simple. I would be friends with this man, as any person can see his kindness and genuine nature, but Amber probably thinks he’s worthless because he’s just an ant in the line of people who’ve served her and had to put up with her selfishness

Astonished at how brazenly she sits there and smirks as her stories are directly contradicted and shown to be fabricated! She does not seem to get embarrassed by what would be excruciating for most people. Not normal behaviour. However. Now she has lost, and Johnny has been vindicated, I hope she can just fade into insignificance and be allowed to live her life without being constantly harassed, as the vitriol towards her has become pretty overwhelming. I'm not sure how anyone could cope with all the hate and ridicule she is currently getting.
