I always have this bitter-sweet feeling after these podcasts. All because of the burden of realising that there's still alot I need to develop in me. It's nerve-wracking yet exciting. There's a lot of work I need to put into being disciplined but I also look forward to the person I will be afterwards. This conversation has been subtle yet greatly empowering. May God bless the effort your putting into teaching His gospel through practical, application based lifestyles.

As someone that was consistent with tithes... when my salary got halved last year and had so much financial pressure, I stopped giving my tithes and things just got worst. I'm glad after watching this episode that I gave my first tithes in months. My financial situation hasn't changed but I'm trusting God with my money again.

Oh my word... I can so relate. Please do keep giving and trusting God. He is Faithful! In 2015 I also decided to go back to tithing and being consistent with it. I was doing my honors and paying for my own fees.Within a couple of months I unexpectedly got enough cash to get me out of all my debt and pay my varsity fees in full for the year and that was in March. The testimonies are endless... even to date. Don't ever stop tithing

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐- when I saw another couple I thought- oh no, some unrelatable content for a single girl like myself and I NEED TO ADMIT THAT THIS HAS BEEN SO FREEING ESPECIALLY BECAUSE I AM SINGLE AND THE PROSPECTS OF GROWTH THROUGH INTENT HAVE NEVER BEEN MADE SO CLEAR. The principles you all shared? Good Lord the principles are IMPECABLE😭😭😭! Building, Process, Intentionality, Honesty, Transparency, Stewardship, HEALTH & WEALTH! You touched so seamlessly on these and thank you for anchoring the conversation in the reality of God wanting us to do well and being honest about the worthwhile and HARD sacrifice it'll take. Yes, I am young, yes, I am still growing but this was SO NEEDED. It also just helps contextualize prayers in order to be specific in what I desire. Imagine when I then start building with a husband and for our children? I MEAN! Will the ground of my heart not be fertile thanks to such teaching? MAN I am grateful! LOVELY meeting Lihle & Shalom- breathtaking energies and auras. God bless them. Ofcourse to the Ledwabas- Makwande umsebenzi omuhle ukhule! GRACE ALLOWS!

Sho, Lihle and Shalom's story sounds so much like mine. It feels refreshing to see that it is possible to be debt free. We even signed ourselves up for debt review to get a breather (this helped a lot lot with decreasing our interest rates and we never decreased our payments, we kept on paying more). The joy that comes after paying off a debt... Priceless! Been married for 6 years and this past December was the first time we went on vacation since we got married and we did that whole trip fully relying on liquid cash instead of debt. Thanks to Covid we managed to squash even the balloon on our car.

Thank you so much for this. For the past two weeks, I've been budgeting in my head because I was scared to write down my expenses for the month. I literally paused the video, took a pen and paper and wrote my budget for the month and I also added it to my prayer list. I asked God to help me to stay faithful when it comes to tithe. This was God confirming it. I'm going to stay faithful in tithing. Even though it's going to be tight but I'm giving my Father His money. I'm not playing around.🙏🏾

One of the best ones yet! Firstly, I was so distracted by Lihle- she’s so beautiful! It was so interesting to watch how 2 different couples made this book fit into their lifestyle. I really just realised again that a God centred marriage is really all I’d want to have for myself. Also realised that this is actually such a great goal to have in life- to live debt free. Even to start when you are single! I really loved this episode. It was fun, informative and inspiring all at the same time. Love!

Absolutely a stress-free lifestyle. My husband & I lived 12 months with no couch thd 1st year of marriage & drove a old auction car he bought cash a year or so before we got married We now living a debt free lifestyle, we bought all 3 cars cash & our 2nd house cash...we have no credit card (no overdraft no clothes debt), We live by if we don't afford it now let's save for it to own it later, we make use or take advantage of discounts e.g our kids school fees we pay upfront for the whole year to get 20% off & able to give, being able to serve others (church/community/family) with our money, time, wealth & ability

YEESSsss🔥🔥🔥🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 My spirit gets super excited when I hear conversations about “FAITHFUL TITHING” It’s not a surprise that God keeps blessing your family. You are so influential and to boldly express your commitment to such principles of the kingdom of God without sugarcoating the matter is admirable. You literally preaching the gospel without needing a pulpit and you and your husband do it in such a relatable manner. Great conversation, so many nuggets of wisdom where served here 📌

Listening to this actually reminded me of who I used to be, I had a lot of faith and belief that God had my back... now I feel like Im actually backsliding. Hey guys, this episode was packed with so many nuggets, I ate from this plate and I feel fully nourished!!!! Could you guys cover a very important topic in christianity right now: To ATTEND CHURCH ONLINE OR GO TO A PHYSICAL CHURCH? Discussing how technology has changed how we do church. We even have to give offerings via eft while watching online, we read the bible n our devices etc. What are the pro's and cons
@ashabacomfort4692
@ashabacomfort4692 2 жыл бұрын
This could be in accordance to what works for you, when do you receive most from a service, when you attend church online or physical? It is easier to get distracted during online church especially when you are having it on your phone and notifications are popping up anytime, also you are probably attending online church from home where you can easily be convinced to make yourself a cup of tea, eat food, or do something else when you are supposed to be paying your full attention to God in that moment. But if you can master the discipline of honouring the time for God and concentrating on only Him during service, be it online or physical, I believe that God is not limited to distance, space or specific walls. The word of God emphasizes the spirit of fellowship, and if you can feel that in an online service, then why not. However, I will be very glad If The Ledwabas talk about this sometime, these guys are a well of wisdom and we are always blessed to draw wisdom from them and the guests that they host.
@sisiphomakambi

Hey, don't have much to say but attend a church. Find a local church, our purposes are built around those we fellowship with, God speaks through people in our spiritual homes. Online can be convenient, but we don't get to serve and use our talents, abilities and resources to build God's house. And there is too much traffic online, too many people preaching, and when we are in a local church, we get to hear God's word for our very contexts and lives, and not general messages. We are called to not forsake the gathering of the saints 🙏🏽. Contact ministry, don't let the whole online culture and how everything has turned upside down influence your physical attendance of church. Hope it makes sense.

Wow this was by far the amazing and educational video, I loved how real the couple was with their finances and especially debt, everything was relatable and exactly how it happens to most of us, our family members or 1 us in our rltnshps , it's really the reason many don't flourish and get to where they wish no matter how hard they work you still in 1 place bcoz you haven't faced the problem, we live in difficult times and alot of ppl don't see a bigger picture because of the noise and everything around them and they have no Idea how freeing it is to focus on what you have and do whatever possible with it and remain in prayer with God to provide more but mostly stay true to yourselves and what you have currently, everything else will fall into place at the right time.

I'm so inspired by you guys, thank you for this ..our (mine and hubby) goal this year is to lead a debt free life, for our generations to come. Your story made it just easy for us to embrace the season...The principles are spot on...ignorance makes us weak in our financial lives.

This was a great conversation. I've literally just opened my first account this year at the age of 28, just because I need to buy a house and last year I was rejected due to no debt. I've promised my self and my husband that we not taking more than just 1 account each and we plan to pay the accounts off immediately after the bond approval.

Out of all your videos, I want reluctant to watch because of how this topic is so sensitive to me. I've been pushing it away because I was avoiding the pain that would come with the truth in it. Because I know you guys would scrutinize me and bad financial decisions, and because I know how honest you always are. But now I'm grateful and believe that this is where God have put my massage of my breakthrough. I hope and pray that one day I'll come back with a testimony. I watch all your videos but never comment a lot because I usually watch while working at my 9-5. Today it just to that part where I had to put my fingers into this conversation and say Thank You guys for your willingness to do God's work with love all the time. Love always 💚💚💚

Im so inspired, my highlight of this video is Tithing and living a debt free life. Thank you guys for making this kind of information available,I'm even more glad to see South Africans testify about Dave Ramsi's Debt free philosophy. I've tried using the Snow Ball concept and failed but after this video im definitely giving it another shot.
