I can totally understand what you are saying about going to the Gym being your safe space. Mine used to be running and when I came out of the military my achilles was shot meaning I couldn't run like I used to. Had to find something else healthy to do but man did it take me to so many bad places before the good.

You are truly an inspiration to me. I like to challenge myself and my fitness journey started with overcoming my fear of deep water. I started practicing swimming and crawling which became a passion 7 days a week. Going to the gym has been an additional passion for a few years now. Love being in my bubble with good music in my ears and pushing myself in the gym. Now why I am writing... I have worked in raital for 15 years but my profession is graphic design. I really like some of your pictures in the Christmas Vlog. You really fit in black and not too big clothes, sporty, simple but classic and in a cap when you wear it backwards (the American style). Looks like you've maintained most of your size and conditioning. Shouldn't take long to get back to where you were. I had to take a forced break of 3 weeks due to a surgery as well which really sucked.
