hey boos 🫶🏾,
we finally touched down and moved into our new atlanta apartment! the gag is, i don't like it. sighs at this point, i'm ready to feel settled. moving to yet another new city can feel exhausting and isolating feeling like you're starting all over again, but i know i'll be better for it in the future.
so far, atlanta feels really good to my nervous system. the pace is a lot slower than NY and LA. as a true city girl, it's definitely an adjustment. i miss the walkability of a city like new york, but i made a promise to myself to keep an open mind and give this city a fair shot.
here's to the journey of making this apartment truly feel like home. the beautiful thing is that, this is my life and i am the captain of this ship. if i don't like something, i can always move and adjust accordingly. i love being the main character.

I really appreciated what you shared about how much your hygiene routine declines when you’re struggling with your mental health. I’ve known this about myself for a while but I don’t as recently reflecting on it this weekend. It can be so hard to juggle all the things, while simultaneously growing/evolving. Sometimes I really gotta sit and remind myself not to bully myself for being too sad to care for myself.

You are so inspiring in that you take brave new steps forward to do what’s best for you despite whatever fear there may be which inspires me to do the same, and apart from that, you inspire me to b more productive and to put myself out there more bc if you can do it then so can I! for your hair routine, it's best to use oil as a last step bc. oil acts as a barrier to seal in (or out) products. If you use it before other steps it makes other products harder to penetrate your hair. just a suggestion. much love, love the vloggggg

I feel you on the apartments in Atlanta’s whe I was relocating there I stayed in airbnb for about 6 months and when I was ready to lease my first apartment I ran into so many nice places and the area location was gray but soon as I say let me turn on them lights during my tour (which I check for good lighting) most of them was very dark and dull with those yellow low beam lights I was like nope !!! Lol!! Or the apartments had no views like the windows were low where no light came through naturally and the whole thing was just a turn off for me …exp for the price

I know the feeling, but moving to a new city/new state can be exciting! I m in the process of moving to Dallas as a major restart! Living in FL is not it for me, especially when it comes to mental health and overall health (girl, I am not happy being in FL). I get more excited about leaving than staying. I have moved around a lot during my 20s, but since turning 30 this year, I realize that I do want to settle down and find the right place for me. I wish you well on this journey! I believe you are going to love ATL plus you can meet other influencers in ATL because I follow a few on KZfaq! You can a new subscriber from me because I would love to see some updates!
