living alone VLOG: waking up at 6AM for work in University, job hunting, reality check in Japan

I was forced to wake up at 6 am for a week ... lol for a part time job in University to help out with an event/ chemical engineering conference while i also did a little bit of job hunting. Just came back from vn just to get slapped on the face by reality in Japan. I also decided to start a new series called 'chunk of life' because life doesn't always come in 'slices' as in 'slice of life'. Sometimes it comes in big chunks and when you're not careful, it may choke you.

many say that Japanese don't really like foreign people and they also tend to think that crop tops, dyed hair and many more is not appropriate to wear these in Japan because most Japanese wears formal clothing even when meeting a friend, but the auntie at 9:07 definitely wasn't nice but lets not think of the negative but the positive side :) I hope you are alright now!!! love u:)

I have so many of your videos in my watch later pile to catch up on. Being by yourself in foreign country is so hard. It's natural to have many emotion rollercoasters. Especially in a country that's notorious for an intolerance of outsiders. I'm sorry the good things keep being matched with bad things, I'd have a spiral a day. I loved at the end you were with friends having fun. Gotta cling to the good memories ay 💕💕

Ahhh i feel so validated ❤️🥹 Yeap i think it’s important to balance and show the ugly sides of life too. Whether we cling on to it or not, it’s our choice. for a minute I thought you are an university teacher haha. Bún Bò Huế in HCM or Saigon is easier to eat compare to the original from Hue and the noodles are different too
