Oh wow! A social media yogi with something to say! Very refreshing. I especially loved how you spoke about getting comfortable with discomfort. It's been such an important skill for me. It applies to everything in your life. Good job. I hope you keep these up.

I lived in an ashram for 5.5 months - was very tough but also life changing!

Really nice getting to know you better, Kyle! :) I struggle with a lot of the same stuff and find comfort and relief in the same stuff. Its nice to know i'm not alone! Very nice vid! Keep up the good work, brother!

Thanks Mark, I really appreciate that and we are definitely not alone :) I'm sure we'll be joined by more soon ha. and also more classes to come soon. Just been recovering from covid (my first round ever) but back to filming tomorrow!
