I love you Richard. Just who you are as a person is just that " it " factor which really can take an individual so far in life as we are all supposed to do for ourselves. I'm looking to move to Dallas because I feel in my heart and soul that place is my calling to move there. I was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas & I'm 26 so I'm definitely blessed to live in the great state of Texas. The way your energy is , is positively contagious and I really appreciate that. Congratulations on your growth in California & Texas what a milestone , may God keep gifting you. I'm a huge basketball fan too I just love the game. I would love to call you up so I get to make my smooth transition to Dallas 💙 Wonderful daughters you have as well as getting to know there dates , GO COWBOYS !!

@@VIPRealtyI have been watching your channel for a year or so now trying to do as much research as I possibly can on the entire metroplex. I can wholeheartedly say these “day in the life” style videos are amazing because we really get to see what a truly great person you are! I am glad I get to learn about the area I feel God calling me to from another believer in Christ. I appreciate the wisdom and discernment you share in these style of videos a lot. Things have not been going great admittedly but I trust in the Lord and I know I will see victory because like you said, He is for me! I truly do believe in my soul that my big turnaround will be when I move. I just have a feeling that God’s plan is to use that move to the Dallas area to change and transform me and bring the victory and healing I have been praying and longing for

Hi Richard, I was reading about the air quality in Dallas, south and north and the ratings weren't so good. I'm in NYC so it can't be any worse than here. Do you have any information about the air quality of Dallas, or have you heard anything negative about it? Thanks.

I don’t have stats on Dallas air quality. However, I travel a lot and it can’t be any worse than other major cities. Especially when compared to NYC or LA
