I appreciate your positive Motivation in this Video. I'm thinking how to move from Germany to Jakarta, since Europe is slowing down and has a old economy. Any ideas how to manage all? Since i live in my confort zone with Job and Family here, I'm already 50. But i realised Jakarta is a great City and i think offers more then here. Thank you for any ideas or contact.

Hi! You’re most welcome, I am glad to hear you liked it! It’s possible to move to Jakarta whatever your age. There is plenty of work opportunities, I suggest you use LinkedIn to look for job opportunists within your job field. Most late companies offer expat contracts, which sometimes support family needs as well. This could make it possible for you to make the move as a family. Right now Indonesia is closed for foreigners without a work visa. But once we open up again, I suggest you to come out here on vacation first, before you decide to move here for good. That’s what I did and it was love at first sight! Let me know if you have any other questions and good luck!

March 2023… Enjoying your videos about Indonesia good sir! I was there for a visit in late 2022… Spent time in JKT of course… then spent several weeks visiting Jogja, Magelang, Senggigi in Lombok, Gili Air, Ubud in Bali and back to JKT for a couple more weeks before heading back to my island in US. (Yes, I live on an island in US too but in New England where winters can be challenging - it was 85°F when I left JKT and the following day I was home where it was 34°) Anyway, I bought a ticket to come back to Java almost immediately and am now about half way through getting rid of everything I own so I can come back to Indonesia in July … and stay far longer this time. Your videos keep me motivated - so… Makasi banyak mas!

I'm current living in gulf arab, in here is desert there is no enjoyment because is not greenly but indonesia is green nature beauty and rainy you wont get bored and you will go place where you will enjoy .
