Can you please do a video on orangevale? Roseville and Folsom are to expensive for me and orangevale seems to be a good compromise.

Thank you for watching. We have a pretty good hospital network. There are 2 in Roseville and 1 in Folsom. 1 in Carmichael and 1 Sacramento by Cal Expo. 1 in Elk Grove and we have a few in Sacramento. Everything from Kaiser to Sutter to Mercy Hospitals. We also have the UC Davis Med center and Shriners Children Hospitals.

I just saw a you tuber do a video of the downtown Sacto. Wow, everything was closed. It looked like a 3rd world country. I know also so many people who has moved away from CA because it is so expensive. So, looks and sounds like the living there around is only for the very rich people.

actually? I'm definitely not "the very rich" and in researching the metro Sacto area over the last couple of months, I do find many places that even I can afford (smack dab in the middle of middle class).

Only a Realtor would do a video on why we live Sacramento. It's still the C.V. and the C.V. sucks. Sacto was only ever relevant b/c of the gold rush

Au contraire! I live in the upper midwest and I've got to say that the CV is VERY attractive from where I sit. Sacto is still relevant to people like me.

You THINK?! Any Realtor would have known that "SACRAMENTO" is NOT the same as ROSEVILLE !!! Not even in the same County!!! Sheesh! They owe a big apology to Roseville. That's for sure. 😂

Sacramento has one of the best restaurant and it used to be an affordable area until everyone started moving here. I like Sacramento, but Roseville is better in terms of crime and plenty of restaurant nearby as well.
