I love Zion NP. It's only 3.5 hours from where I live. The Narrows is a pretty awesome hike. Looks like everyone had fun. Yes, those squirrels can be a pest. Thanks for sharing you three...🎥😃👍👌👊🛻🏕🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️⛰️

Certainly can relate about the struggle getting your little ones to sleep on "regular" time in the camper! They are usually overtired and overstimulated by the end of the day, it can be a struggle indeed. Makes a nice fire and a cold beer that much more enjoyable once they finally go down. Poor bedtimes might last a trip, but the memories last forever. Enjoy, be safe and look forward to more adventures! All the best from Corner Brook, NL!

Great video!!! Hiking without dealing with car traffic has to be really nice. The scenery was beautiful. Also, the chicken dish from the Blackstone looked great. We love our Blackstone. Those squirrels know where to find an easy meal lol. Safe travels

Thanks! Yeah it's pretty cool how they close it down to cars. Such a good idea as it makes it much more accessible for bikers and hikers and it would just get over crowded with cars and limited parking anyway. Win win with the bus as an option 🙂🍁

I so agree that a real campfire is a nice thing, and also that taking that smell into the trailer is not favorable. Im glad temps lowered enough that you could enjoy one in Zion. That really is a stunningly strange and beautiful place, squirrels notwithstanding. 😉😄

Haha thanks! Yeah besides the campfire vibes of a classic one the propane stove is better for almost every other reason. Fire ban, scent free, likely cheaper than if you have to buy park wood and dont want to be transporting wood to different areas etc. Cheers guys!🙂🍁

Squirrels can get super aggressive. We were sitting in our campsite near the Grand Canyon with our backs to the camper when a squirrel climbed onto our motorhome's rear wheel and jumped onto Keith's shoulder. He quickly jumped up and slung it off. Can you imagine how bad it would be to get bit on the face! We only see this animal behavior in areas where they have been given or found food. Popular parks were people regularly sit down to eat can be bad. Smart move to get out of his perceived honey hole.

Wow wild! Yeah likely fed a lot and too familiar with tourists. Such a fine line between wanting to enjoy nature and letting them get too close and comfortable. Squirrels must get fed so much in these busy touristy areas. Glad you guys didn't get bit!😂🍁

We love our propane fire pit. As primarily BC campers it can be used any time even during fire bans. We love the fact that you can simply turn it off should you want to go for a walk rather than sit around a fire. Like you say, no smoke smell either. Regarding price difference we are not quite sure but think propane is slightly less if you keep your flame level on low. Always enjoy your videos. Safe travels!

So many reasons why they are great hey. Besides the natural wood campfire vibe I can't think of any other reason to not always use propane. Unless maybe cooking marshmallows or something that could fall on the rocks! But yeah with the fire bans and all a must have for sure!🙂🍁
