Got my first doodle as a 'used dog' a couple years ago. Always had goldens. What a nut he was. Golden doodles have the sweetness of a golden and the nuttiness of a poodle. Never saw a standard poodle until a couple of years ago, thought poodles were ankle biting yipping piddlers about a foot tall. Oh Man, the standard poodle I have now is a crazy love bug, and his sons and daughters to my golden are unbelievable.....soooo much to love about a doodle! I cannot keep them all, but parting will be sweet sorrow!

I Know what you mean, If Rhett and Scarlett were not neutered I would have a house full of dogs because they are so darn cute and adorable when they are puppies.

I got my first labradoodle last year! He's a great dog but lately have been wanting another doodle, particularly one that's curly and doesnt shed since my doodle is wiry.

Joe: We were fortunate to get them when GoldenDoodles were reactivity new and only a few hundred dollars. I have had many dogs but nothing like a GoldenDoodle, they are the best dogs ever. But there are expensive to take care of with good food, vet bills, grooming, boarding, etc. So I would encourage anyone thinking about getting ANY kind of dog make sure you can afford it and do it right. For all they give they deserve the best we can give.

Yes F1, they are considered non-shedding

@@RhettBarkley i got an f1 goldendoodle and her mom is a golden retreiver and her dad is a poodle so there for the breeder told us she may shed a little bit due to her mom being a golden retreiver.

No neviem, aj my pravidelne kúpeme nášho psíka, po každej prechádzke umyjeme tlapky aj prdelku, ale nikdy nie v drese v kuchyni, vždy v kúpeľni. Sú to roztomilé psíky 😁

Double the cost of food, vet, grooming, and time playing with them ( they rarely want to play the something), But I am glad I got another one. They are inseparable and double the joy for me. Joe
