Big Daddy Kane is one of my favorites of all time, but when I started listening to hip hop, 1984~1985 LL Cool J was untouchable. Both for their own reasons.

Love both. Kane lyrically and stylistically is a legend. LL had 2 primes and is a legend himself. I’m taking a shot 🥃

As an emcee-Kane. As an artist-LL. I think the margin that LL has over Kane is much greater than the margin Kane has over LL as an emcee. LL ain't no fucking slouch! And Uncle L has proven that he can adapt to the times 🤷🏾‍♂️
