If you were to catch a tagged alligator, do you contact anyone to tell them where you caught it or anything like that? The repopulation of the alligator and the redfish are triumphs of my generation for conservation and it proves that we can responsibly harvest these species for both commercial and recreational use.

If you mean the farmed alligators that have been released, you do report it to the warden and give them the numbers off the toe tag.
