Great work! Nice to see it played well and clearly on video. The way the tuning and guitar tone is in this song is sort of like an "optical illusion" except with sound lol. It sounds high and low simultaneously and makes it hard to imagine how it's being played. I like that about their sound, and you nailed it as far as I can tell. Hoping to get a bari sometime in the next year or so to play around with ideas. Until then I'm going to just have to play around with my 6 and 7 with the Drop pedal. :P

Hey there! Amazing cover, thank you! Wondering to buy this guitar and use it with Loathe's tuning. How easy it is to setup this guitar for such low tunings (thinking to to put 24-84 Daddario strings) and what is your opinion about this guitar?

Thanks for watching! It's a great guitar, actually the favorite one of my collection. The scale length doesn't feel uncomfortable at all. The 24-84 are perfect, but I recommend you to use a higher string instead of 24 (personally I use 17 and feels great). Also it's very important you fill the nut before you put the strings on the guitar. I would recommend you to watch The Bunn KZfaq channel to learn about nut adjustments for lower tunings

@@Defekcija I personally tested a couple of thick strings sets with Gotoh 381 tuners. EB 20-90 Bass VI strings fitted well since they have a thin part at the end. But Dadario 24-84 didn't fit into those tuners - too thick.

How did you dial the amp? I am using a 5150 with a 4x12 Orange with some V30s and a TS9 but I can't nail thr settings on thr amp

I'm using Ernie Ball 22-90 but I replaced the first string for a 17. Also D'Addario 20-80 are pretty good

@@romnz where did you find the ernie ball 22-90 set? all I can find are their 6 string bass 20-90s in the yellow packaging. are these the strings you are using? (besides the 17) thanks man!
