Hi friends, we're back with another more in-depth installment of Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Studios Orlando. We tried Club Level for the first time (yes your annual passholder discount does apply here!) and I was really blown away with the level of service. No videos I found show the new refurbishments or the "back to normal (non-covid)" service in the Club on the 7th floor. It was really good value for money in our opinion (we may or may not have walked away with a couple extra cereals and cokes, yes shameful but hard to resist!). I hope this walk around and review helps you in making any decisions about where to stay, this is our favourite hotel to stay at when we come to Universal simply because it gives us such a great feeling and it has all the amenities we enjoy (and have frankly become spoiled to!). Oh, and did I mention the view??

I am so glad I could be helpful, me too! lol I think youll have a magical trip, we sure did! (Ask for "poolside" if you can, thats where the views are!). If you like this stay tuned for the rest of our trip, we went to Mardi Gras concert for the first time!

Hi,thank you so much for your fantastic vlog of the Royal Pacific and club lounge/level.I am staying in a club level room next January,can’t wait.I decided to book this room type again after watching your vlog.I have stayed club level on a previous vacation and liked the convenience,but was disappointed with the food presentation.The food selection and set up looks better now,when I stayed club level(4 years ago),the fruit juices were in a large container which you had to fill into cups,the potato chips were in a large bowl,and you had to use tongs and a plate,the fruit selection was in a large bowl and ran out pretty quickly and wasn’t refilled,the cereal choices and milk were also in large containers,there was no peanuts/popcorn,which there is now.I felt at the time that it hadn’t been worth it to upgrade.I love now that chips are in individual bags and juices and cereals and milk portions are in individual containers.The presentation and quality of food items looks great now and the lounge has had a refurbishment.I probably sound really fussy but it can be expensive to upgrade to club level and you want to make sure it can be worth it for you.I hope these food presentations/packaging continue and and that they are not temporary COVID measures.I love the Royal Pacific and it’s theming,I have stayed 5 vacations here from Scotland.Your room looked fabulous.Thank you for helping me choose my vacation/room type for January,it is greatly appreciated.👏🏼

Aww thank you so much, i am very glad it helped you! I too was looking for videos before i booked it and found one during covid that had all meals prepackaged into little plastic containers and no hot food at all. So this is definately “normal” servoce fore them after the renovation a while ago. We were thrilled with the food selection that changed daily, and they were always out refreshing everything. Service was impeccable, highly recommend!

Loved our club level room. What we saved in breakfast cost in the lounge, paid for the upgrade.

So glad to have come across this video. We are staying here in this exact room type in June. Do you know if all of them come with the the pull out sofa? We are a family of three and were planning to request a rollaway bed, but the pull-out couch would be totally fine for our daughter.

I cannot be sure about the 2-queen rooms, but I think all of the kings have a couch! The staff there has always been so helpful and accommodating just ask at the front desk!

Thanks for the great review! What days of the week was you club level? We’re trying to look for a menu the days that we are going to be there. We are going to be there Thursday night and Friday night checking out Saturday. Also I was wondering what time can you use the club level on your check out day do you know? Thanks!

Thank you so much! We stayed thursday through tuesday if I recall correctly. And yes you can use the club benefits on your checkin and check out days. Breakfast was super handy! We have already booked club again in December when we will have our son with us. A family will find much more cost-benefit to this since the price is per room and not per person!

Hi there it was 3710 7th floor. Im not sure about 2 queens but it has a pullout queen couch which was handy during this decembers video!

Thank you so much! Yes, 3710, isn’t it fabulous? I just sat by that window watching the Hulk and Dr. Dooms every day, it was wonderful.

Is it true or false that you don’t get free access to the parks with your room key I’m hearing two different stories and I’m getting upset 😭 I want to know what is the truth!! When staying here at Lowe’s Royal pacific resort?

Hi there, i am sorry to say false, you do not get free access to the parks with a room at any of the hotels. However with this one, hard rock and portofino bay you get free unlimited express pass to skip the lines at most rides (excludes hagrids and teranadon flyers) as many times as you wish! And free transport to coty walk, which is free to enter without a park tocket! Hope that helps.
