Just a little info on how to install Lokar's steel braided throttle, also making a custom throttle bracket. . . there is much easier ways to get this done but I wanted to be different not fully finished still need to paint it and do the kicked out that will be the next video.

My throttle pedal has a slit in the spot that the clip goes in at 1:52. Do you think I could get away with using the plastic clip and the clip that Lokar supplies?

Not sure what "the plastic clip" is but what if you drill a hole in the pedal under the slit!? As long as the plastic clip pops in one direction and it's the opposite direction then where the pedal is pulling on the cable you should be fine!?

@@fuelairspark2061 ok ok I see. . . I would probably use a new clip if the little red ball on the lokar cable fits in that stock hole you're good!! Worst case drill a little hole right under on the pedal hole same thing! That little billet end piece is for their lokar pedal which are dope but expensive lol

Did you have to tune it to swap that throttle to cable drive?

I'm running a Holley Terminator X ECU. . . technical you do, but with the Holley it is just a question you answer and do a TPS setup and your good. . .Cars not running yet tho.

@@edgaraguilar9151 sounds good I am going to get rid of it but it's going to be a long time before that you can get one on RockAuto for cheap but it doesn't come with anything but the intake! thanks for watching man!
