Olya privit! I love how you present the material, the format is excellent, I find it very easy to follow. I'm a native Russian speaker from Ukraine, but never really had a chance to learn Ukrainian fully, because we emigrated when I was young. Hope you're safe, may this terrible war touch you/yours as lightly as possible, and may Ukrainian victory come soon (which it will for sure).

This is a really good tutorial ☺️ and you have nice personality. Edit: I just want to say, this is the first ever video I have watched of learning basic Ukrainian and the way you write/express the Ukrainian word in English frenetically after each word, is the perfect way for me to learn from! 😊

Wonderful lesson that I want to listen to multiple times. My only complaint is that the volume of your content is significantly lower than the volume of the punctuating music. When I turn up the volume (on my headphones) … we’ll you get the picture. Слава Україні 53:50

Your teaching is as beautiful as you are. Keep safe dear Olga Slava Ukraine. I am fairly fluent in Russian I did not plan to learning Ukrainian seriously but I am doing that now to help the refugees coming to Canada so I have to do it fast . Your style is pretty helpful and fast.

@@LetsLearnUkrainian Great to hear back from you Olya, I find you so beautiful All Ukrainian ladies are so stunning I am now trying to locate a refugee lady coming to Canada to marry her and support her raise the children if she has one or two. There are sadly going to be many war widows but they wont like to stay here in Canada but we can work around that. I can move to Ukr. I am intermediate in Russian so I am learning Ukrainian fast to be able to help. Support me in that emotionally. I would do the work Great to get connected to me. I want to do all I can to help UA. Slava Ukraini.

Thanks for the Ukrainian speaking video which I guess is quite useful for Ukrainian learners. I'm not a learner I'm a native speaker. I guess I know Ukrainian. I learn English and I know it not bad. I've some questions to people who watch the video. Where are you from? How old are you? Why did you decide to learn Ukrainian? What level have you already had? Where do you live? Do you know know English as your native language? Do you wanna practice with me? I wanna improve my English.

Hello! Yes, мені потрібно means I need and is usually used with infinitive form of the verb (when you say I need to do something): мені потрібно це зробити - I need to do this; мені потрібно дізнатися, що сталося - I need to find out what happened; Мені потрібно щось тобі сказати - I need to tell you something. But when what you need is expressed by a noun, then you need to say: Мені потрібен друг (I need a friend. Friend is masculine, therefore we say потрібен) Мені потрібна ручка (I need a pen. Ручка is feminine, so потрібна) Мені потрібні гроші (I need money. Гроші is plural, so we use потрібні)
