Oh my. I always eat the long bean I get from market. I'll grow my own long bean to taste that fully grown bean.

In Trinidad it is a very popular vegetable but we never use it in salads, only cooked. But I will try your recipe next week!

I live in Southern California and two years in a row I tried to grow the red long beans with no luck. bad seeds or not enough water? I will try again next year now that I watched your video.

If you are keen and have the opportunity, could you please experiment mulching your vegetables with shredded paper and compare it's performance against straw / leaves / grass as mulch?
