Hi all! Another SNES underrated Gem here! WOW what a game, seriously. I've been lucky lately. This game is basically like a Studio Ghibli movie made into a SNES game. It has that same childhood nostalgic feel, two player co op, beat em up style but with some extra stuff to do, and a decent story to boot. You MUST try this one! I did my best to explore every level as much as possible and talk to all of the citizens, pokemon style haha. Most are just flavor text and lore but some have some good hints too! I found all of the little items and shops really, but once they started to repeat in each level, I just kept it moving through the action and story. Grab a friend and play this game!

This is the US release of Gambare Goemon which got sequel releases but didn't came out outside of Japan.

Great to see this game again, it's been awhile, thank you for the memories and game play.

One of the best and most underrated SNES game ever made.

I loved this game so much,only wish the sequels came state side oh well. Thank you for amazing gameplay.

Mystical Ninja is a good series and I still like Starring Goemon!

I know this era was prone to sweeping Americanization changes, but "Kid Ying and Dr. Yang" sounds...I don't wanna say outright racist, but someone was *really* taking the piss back then.

this is actually the NTSC-U version, not the NTSC-J version
