Hey, the world is struggling right now with a pandemic and I think its really important, more than ever to look after ourselves. I recorded this a few months ago , and I couldn't imagine what has happened since we were enjoying training and the outdoors. So easy for us to stay isolated at home and not be careful with sleep and exercise and our diet.
