If Trump becomes president, he should make only federal laws apply in California. I’m tired not being able to protect myself adequately. The 2nd amendment should be a right to everyone who meets guidelines the federal government puts on weapons, not the state.

There's penalties. You get 2 months of not getting pulled over after expiration. That's it.

as much as the 11% tax sucks we need to still shop at our local gun stores or else the tyrants get what they want and the shops close. we will get thru this as it will be challenged but it will take some time

Allow people who already break the law by driving with expired registration to go free, and punish law-abiding citizens exercising their constitutional right for not breaking any laws. You should be ashamed.

My truck is almost 6 months expired, already paid it. Just need to get the smog done. Glad I don't have to worry about getting pulled over on my way there

@@AshGreen359 If you’re currently driving it, then you should have been stopped already and told to go take care of business. I get all my business done on time, as is required by law when owning and operating a vehicle, and so I don’t have to worry about being pulled over either. But if this what you in CA consider your elected legislators taking care of you, then eat your heart out. Couldn’t be me.

Racial profiling is just a politicized way to say pattern recognition. If people lived with a sense of responsibility to represent their ethnicity well, there would no be such issue. I hold myself to a standard that would reflect well on people who look like me because thats my social responsibility. I also have no respect for individuals of my ethnicity who have no such sense of responsibility.

To be fair, there is already a federal tax on firearms, ammunition and hunting supplies that is actually really good for hunters and sports shooters called the Pittsman-Robertson tax, it is nowhere near 11% thought, that is rediculous.

If hunters took a percent of their money to land conservation instead of the government, MORE money would be invested into land conservation. Government takes a cut for nothing other than existing. They are an expensive albatross. Removing them from the money equation is better for hunters and the land.

True Citizens of California! You do NOT have to live in that state. Believe it or not, you do not have to stay in California! You can actually move to other states! Use the Internet to find a state that has less expensive rent, less expensive homes, a better State economy (that will be hard), and better schools! If you move to another, it's likely that your rent will be cheaper, you will have more freedom, and everything will be much less expensive for you and your family... and find a State with no sales tax!

Don’t encourage people from California to move to other states and ruin it. People who move to other states end up voting the same way and trash the state. Just like people who believe diversity makes things better, it doesn’t, they should stay where they’re at and suffer the consequences for their bad voting habits or lack of voting. Or spend the time and money of making things right.

Easier said than done, people have obligations. A better solution would be to do proper research and not to “sleep vote”.
