Can u share the size of your restoration hardware light? We are building and that is the exact light I’m hoping to get. The ceilings will be 17’ . Thanks so much. Your house is absolutely beautiful.

Sure! I believe it’s a 73 inch. It’s the the biggest they have. Remember, it’s always better to go bigger. Better to be oversized than undersized.

Lovely House Tanya. I have a question. how did you do the power outlets for your waterfall island. I can’t see them on the sides which is super n clean

Great house. What was your finished $/sqft less land and development costs?

@@atlantarealestatechannel Thanks. It’s an amazing layout with no wasted space and the finish materials and design look perfect. My wife loves it. Any chance we can get the architectural plans for this? We’d have to add a basement but would work well on the lot we’re looking at. Additionally, we would hire you to help with the project if you’d be open to it.
