Hello, I'm Joconde.
In this video, I present a crepe book cake with a white chocolate cover.
I got inspired by the cross-section of the crepe, which reminded me of the pages of a book, so I decided to give it a try.
I coated the soft-textured crepes with basic whipped cream.
The book cover is crafted using white modeling chocolate.
Making this crepe book cake was truly an enjoyable process.
