Gabrielle, Thank you as I have said before, I've lost 10kgs from 82kgs to 72kgs between Aug and Dec 2023. The weight is still off, my knees feel so much better there not aching anymore. I'm sure what helped was the MCT oil, 3 teaspoons in my morning coffee. Thank you Lionel

I have just finished this. Not going to lie I had to be very disciplined and have lots of willpower, I’m pleased I’ve done it and will now go back to 16:8 fasting. I lost a total of 2.5kg/5.5lbs, very pleased with that!

Great job! That’s fantastic well done Naomi!!! I promise you the more frequently you do it the easier it becomes.. and don’t forget to drink water, black tea/coffee and put MCT Oil in your coffee and PH Salt or Celtic Salt in your water..it really works!

In South Africa where can I buy MCT oil?

Hi If it’s not available in health food shops their go online ( Amazon or similar). As an indicator or price ..In Australia you can buy organic MCT oil at the big supermarkets for $14.50 for 500 mls .. you don’t have to get an expensive brand just try and get organic Thavks Gabrielle

I still confusing. The first week of the day fasting Sunday night & Monday all dsy long? Then break the fast at tuesday night?

Hi So if you finish eating at 7 pm Sunday Then fast Monday and then eat again Tuesday at 7 am .. that’s 36 hr fast .. from 7 am to 7pm Tuesday you can eat what you want . I hope that helps clarify Thank you 🙏 Gabrielle

@@GOGABRIELLE thank u so much for ur fast response, I am 54 & didi the intermitten fasting for about 2 weeks, 7PM my last meal then I break my fast at 12pm, I eat healty protein as well as good fiber, every morning I walk for 4km but I am only lost 1kg

⁠​⁠@@yanisuratman3773 yes it’s perfectly acceptable to consume while fasting…just like black coffee and water, you can sip a warm mug of matcha tea around the clock.. thanks Gabrielle

@@yanisuratman3773 .. hi maybe once a month try and do a week of 36/12 hr farts ..to reset your gut / bowel health then go back to your 17 hr fasts the rest of the time .. I am sure you’ll see then a vast improvement in your weight management and overall health including brain and gut health The benefits of longer fasts are profound . Nothing is working out to my body if i am doing fasting my brain nervew get pulsating. I am 110 kg having thyroid problem but eating less no changes in my body

Hi what lengths of fasting are you doing ? And how often ? Are you doing fasting protocol with hydrating, drinking black tea / coffee while your fasting , adding salts like pink Himalayan or Celtic to your water and having MCT oil in your drinks whilst your fasting? I’d need to know a bit more to be able to offer you some advise please Thank you Gabrielle

@@GOGABRIELLE thanks for your valuable reply I use to be in fasting from 7 pm to 7 am inbetween i will not have anything expect water. As of now I am doing regular exercise and in taking less food though I am an South Indian i will eat 2 dosa in morning 2 cup rice with spinach and dinner 2 dosa in between no snacks. But weight is not at all reducing

@@luscious2029 Hi - That is really not a long enough fast to lose weight . Can you try and kick start your fasting regime with the 36 hr fast (finish dinner at 7pm -sleep - fast the full next day-sleep - then eat again at 7 am .. do this for a full week then start 16/8 hr fasts daily and try once a week doing a 24hr fast. Make sure you drink plenty of water when you are fasting and put pink Himalayan salt or Celtic salt in your water when you wake in the morning and repeat throughout your fasting day and add MCT Oil to your black tea/coffee when you are fasting. Also watch my video after this one Stop Hair Loss, Bloating and Constipation- this talks about for 3 consecutive nights after you finish fasting having a full tablespoon of castor oil.. this will help clean out your bowels and help kick start your weight loss. The 12 hour fasts you are doing will only at best maintain your weight they won’t help you lose it. You need to do longer fasts to lose the weight then continue with regular 16hr fasts to maintain it. I suggest you please try this for a month and let me know how you go. If you feel week or dizzy add salt to your water.. (up to 2 -3 teaspoons in total per day) if you feel hungry add MCT oil regularly to your water and coffee and drink plenty of black tea/coffee/water throughout the day. I hope this helps . @@luscious2029 That’s great.. Try and push this gradually out to longer fasts (16, 18, 20 and 24 etc )as this will definitely speed up weight loss plus put you into Autophagy which will help with brain health and thyroid related issues . Gabrielle
