I am doing this workout for 1 month Day 1 = Very hard Day 2 = very hard i am dying 🙂 Day 3 = Too Hard 😐 Day 4 = this is very hard workout. I already see the changes on my belly and waist line. This wasn't too hard for me and I skipped most of the rests but it's probably because I've been doing the Le Sserafim workout for quite a while, but I'm definitely gonna do this more! I felt the burn in my stomach on some of them and that is exactly what I'm looking for. I will do this about 2-3 times a day, especially after I eat to make me feel better.

Hey guys if you are gonna start this workout I recommend doing it 3/2 times a day. It is really affective especially if you are in a healthy diet. I did this for a week now while eating more healthier and I lost some weight! At least do it for 2 months and see your results (make sure to drink LOTS of water it helps!)😉
