I did this for 2 weeks. First week i did everything but in 1/2 so instead of 20 reps i did 10, instead of 16 reps i did 8 and instead of 30s i did 15s, only because my body couldn't handle it at first so I made it a little easy for me to do at first. Second week i was able to do it properly, still struggled but it was better than my first day haha. I did 3 sets, sometimes 2 sets and I had 1 minute rest after a set was completed. By the 2nd week I was able to notice a change on my abdomen and arms. This workout was fun and quite effective. Highly enjoyable with fun music!

Hell nuh ..... This is damn awesome I can actually see lots of improvement especially my stomach althou my arms are muscles now truly swollen but it's best one's u do with ikigai therapy do it for 2continuous weeks with ikigai and u'll see the crystal clear results

doing this from 2 days and actually it's been 8 years I'm doing exercises so I have lots of experience about exercises and after doing this exercise and the feelings I got guys I'm telling you all if you sincerely want to loss weight then avoid junk foods and do this exercise and while doing keep in your mind that you won't give up on this you will do it and I'm sure you will lose alot of weights . I did this for 2 days and I got so bad cramps (ofc I did more exercise after this video) for 2 days off cause my whole body got muscle sour and I can't even bend or got up easy so I have to rest sadly. But now today I'll be doing it again. I hope it still works 🤞
